Claims for Issues (Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items)
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- If we determine the issue is our fault, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.

Return Address
- Returns are processed through our provider’s facility, and their return address is set as default. If an item is returned, you’ll receive an automated email notification.
- Unclaimed returns are donated to charity 30 days after they’re received by our provider.
- If you choose to use an address other than the provider’s, you are responsible for managing and processing any returned items.

Wrong Address
- If the shipping address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our provider’s facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm the updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments
- Unclaimed shipments returned to our provider’s facility will require you to cover reshipping costs. If no reshipping arrangement is made, the items will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Customer Returns
- If a customer wishes to return an item, they should contact us first at [your contact email] to report the issue. Items returned without prior communication may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns Not Accepted
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. If a size exchange is requested, a new order must be placed at the customer’s expense.
- Sealed goods (e.g., face masks) that are unsealed after delivery cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

- In compliance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (like custom surfboards).
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

- Order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item(s) if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We’ll review your claim and sort it out ASAP.
