Refunds & Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products, but we know things don’t always go as planned. Here’s what you need to know about refunds and returns:

  1. Clothing & Accessories

    • Refunds or replacements are available only for damaged or defective items.
    • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
    • To report an issue, email us at waves@raymac.co with:
      • Your order number
      • A description of the issue
      • Photos of the damage or defect
  2. Surfboards

    • All surfboard sales are final, except in the case of damage during delivery.
    • Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Upon delivery, inspect your surfboard carefully. If there’s visible damage:
      • Request the delivery agent to photograph the damage and sign for the package as damaged.
      • Contact us immediately at waves@raymac.co with photos and details.
    • Claims for damage reported after 24 hours, or after the board has been moved, waxed, or used, will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

 

Changes or Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or change orders due to:

  • Manufacturer changes
  • Shipper policies or cost fluctuations
  • Currency changes

If your order is canceled, we’ll notify you immediately and do our best to offer an alternative solution.


General Shipping Policies

  1. Tracking
    Once your items ship, you’ll get a tracking number for each package so you can follow their journey.

  2. Unclaimed Packages
    If no one is available to receive your delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery once. After that, the package will be returned to us, and reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

  3. Delays
    Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. While rare, these situations are beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated if there are significant delays.

  4. Lost or Missing Packages
    If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at waves@raymac.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
