Ordering from Us

1. Products

   • Apparel & Accessories: Made-to-order and crafted with care. Variations in color or size may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.
   • Surfboards: Handmade, one-of-a-kind boards. Expect minor imperfections – they’re part of the craft, not defects.

2. Pricing

   • All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
   • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Additional shipping costs may apply for surfboards depending on size and location.

3. Payment

   • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
   • Orders are processed after payment is received. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you.

4. Order Cancellation

   • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped. If your order is already in transit, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.

Shipping Policy

1. Apparel & Accessories

   • Flat-rate shipping for clothing and accessories applies based on your location. See our Shipping Policy for details.

2. Surfboards

   • Surfboard deliveries are handled by specialized freight couriers. Shipping costs depend on size, weight, and destination.
   • Deliveries are made between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Couriers do not provide specific time slots.

3. Missed Deliveries

   • If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery once. After the second attempt, items will be returned to us.
   • Reshipping costs for unclaimed packages or incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Late Deliveries

   • While we work to meet estimated delivery dates, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, roadblocks, courier breakdowns). Refunds for delayed deliveries under 24 hours will not be issued.

Returns & Refunds

1. Apparel & Accessories

   • Refunds are only issued for defective or misprinted items. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
   • No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

2. Surfboards

   • All surfboard sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the board is damaged during delivery.
   • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If damage is reported after this time or after use (e.g., waxing or applying a tail pad), we cannot process a claim.
   • If the delivery agent notices visible damage upon delivery, request a photo of the damage and sign for the package as “damaged.”

Delivery Issues & Damage Reporting

1. Damaged Items

   • For apparel or accessories: Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery. Include order details and photos of the damaged item.
   • For surfboards: Inspect your board immediately upon delivery. Damage claims must be made within 24 hours with photos and details. Claims cannot be accepted after the board has been moved from the delivery address or modified in any way.

2. Lost or Missing Items

   • Report lost or missing orders within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in us being unable to assist.

3. Incorrect Address

   • If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for retrieving the parcel. Reshipping costs due to address errors will be charged to the customer.

Legal & Liability

1. Surfboard Fragility

   • Surfboards are inherently fragile. We ensure secure packaging and careful handling but cannot accept responsibility for damage caused after delivery.

2. General Liability

   • RAY MAC Surf Co. is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by the use of our products. Use responsibly.
   • While we aim for accuracy, we’re not responsible for errors or outdated content on the website.

3. Pricing Errors

   • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
